Education and Post Colonial Societies, 7.5 ECTS
The aim of the course is to introduce historical perspectives on formal education as it has developed in post-colonial countries. Students will gain knowledge about education reform in a post-colonial context and how such reforms are influenced and developed. Students will also gain an understanding of the role of funding and technical assistance agencies in educational development.
